Return to the Classroom

As children return to the classroom, only time will tell who will make the grade this school year. However, the reality is one in five students may be struggling with a language-based learning disability like dyslexia, which may only become evident with failing grades and missed homework assignments.

Of the 20 percent of the population living with language-based learning disorders, dyslexia is the most common, affecting about 70 to 80 percent. But it often goes undiagnosed, because the most common symptom is simply trouble reading.
